(A) All nonresident individuals and all agents of non-profit 501(c)(3) corporations are prohibited from dumping any materials whatsoever at the said compost site. All other agents of all commercial, industrial or other entities, firms or corporations, regardless of where located, and regardless of whom they may be working for, are prohibited from entering upon or utilizing the Greenwood Drive compost facility for any purpose whatsoever, including the dumping or removal of materials thereat.
(B) Upon completion of any activity at the said compost site, all containers utilized in such activity must be removed from the said site.
