The contracted agent of the Borough of Grove City, charged with collection of municipal waste, shall issue a report to the Borough of Grove City, specifying total tonnage of solid waste and recycling collected. The borough agent shall be subject to all requirements of the refuse collection and disposal contract. Failure to follow through on any provisions shall constitute a breach of contract. The Borough Manager shall address any breaches of contract and shall take action in the interest of the Borough of Grove City, up to and including termination of said contract.
