(A) This chapter shall be enforced by the Zoning and Code Enforcement Officer of the borough. If the Zoning and Code Enforcement Officer determines that any person has violated this chapter, then a notice of violation shall be issued by the Zoning and Code Enforcement Officer describing the violation and a time period for compliance. If the person to whom the notice of violation is issued fails to comply as directed, the Zoning and Code Enforcement Officer shall order the discontinuance of noncompliance and may pursue any other enforcement remedies available at law or equity.
(B) Nothing herein contained shall prevent the borough from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
