§ 116.10 RESTORATION.
If a permittee removes or relocates a small wireless facility from the right-of-way under this chapter, the permittee must restore the right-of-way to its prior condition in accordance with borough specifications. If the permittee fails to make the restorations required by this chapter, the borough at its option may do such work. In that event, the permittee shall pay to the borough, within 30 days of billing thereof, all costs and expenses incurred by the borough in restoring the right-of-way. Any unpaid invoice shall be subject to interest accruing on the unpaid amount at 18% per annum beginning on the thirty-first day from the date of invoice until paid.
