§ 115.15 HOURS OF OPERATION.

No sexually oriented business shall be open for business before 10:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, or after 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Sexually oriented businesses shall be closed at all times on Sundays and legal holidays. For the purposes of this chapter, legal holidays shall include Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, and Martin Luther King Day.
