(A) Disposal of designated recyclables with ordinary waste by any residential, commercial, commercial “A,” multi-family or institutional facility is hereby prohibited.
(B) The borough or its authorized agent may not dispose of recyclables in landfills or burn the same in incinerators unless markets for the same do not exist.
