The rates charged by Pine Township, Liberty Township, Springfield Township, Mercer Township and Harrisville Borough to their respective customers will be in accord with the Wastewater Treatment Service Agreements approved by Ordinance #1438 on September 19, 2016, as may be amended from time to time, by and between the borough and the respective municipalities.
