§ 156.168 PARTIES APPELLANT BEFORE BOARD.
   (A)   Appeals under § 156.167 and proceedings to challenge this chapter under § 156.167 may be filed with the Board in writing by the landowner affected, any officer or agency of the borough, or any person aggrieved.
   (B)   Requests for a variance under § 156.167 may be filed with the Board by any landowner or any tenant with the permission of such landowner.
