There is hereby created a Zoning Hearing Board, herein referred to as the “Board”, consisting of five residents of the borough and one alternate, appointed by resolution of the Borough Council, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, as amended. Said Board shall perform all the duties, and exercise all powers prescribed by said Code and as herein further provided.
