§ 156.038 R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   The purpose of this district is to provide a zoning district to provide for housing at various densities, and to encourage new construction of multiple-family dwellings in appropriate places to meet the needs of area residents.

   Duplex, when new construction
   Essential services as defined in § 156.146
   Family day care home
   No-impact home-based business
   Place of worship
   Public parks and playgrounds
   Single-family dwellings
Accessory Uses
   Private garages and horticulture (subject to §§ 156.105 through 156.114)
   Private residential swimming pools, tennis courts, tool and/or storage sheds and greenhouses (subject to §§ 156.105 through 156.114)
   Shelter for household pets, see §§ 156.105 through 156.114
   Storage or parking of a commercially licensed vehicle, see §§ 156.105 through 156.114
   Storage or parking of major recreation equipment, see §§ 156.105 through 156.114
   Walls, fences, lamp posts and similar accessory structures subject to the height limitations contained in §§ 156.105 through 156.114
   Other accessory uses, provided they shall be customarily incidental and subordinate to a permitted use and they shall be located on the same lot as the principal use.

   Accessory apartments/multiple-family dwellings (subject to § 156.059 and § 156.066 respectively)
