§ 155.106 IMPROVEMENTS TO BE PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT.
   (A)   In all cases, the subdivider or land developer shall be responsible for the installation of all improvements required by this chapter.
   (B)   The Borough Engineer or other designee shall make such inspections of the required improvements at such intervals as may be reasonably necessary to assure compliance with this chapter. The reasonable costs of such inspection shall be borne by the subdivider or land developer, making use of an escrow account or other arrangement agreed to by the borough.
