(A) Every dwelling unit and each commercial business and every public or semi-public building with electrical service shall be connected to the borough water system and sewage disposal system.
(B) Water and sewage lines and systems shall be installed in accordance with the stipulations of the borough who will assume maintenance of the lines only upon satisfactory completion and inspection. Lateral lines shall remain the responsibility of the property owner.
(C) Fire hydrants: fire hydrants shall be provided, spaced not farther apart than a distance from which the applicable Fire Department can service.
