§ 155.061 SKETCH PLAN.
   (A)   Sketch plans should be legibly drawn on a County Tax Map, borough zoning map, United States Geological Survey topographic map or similar property line map.
   (B)   Sketch plans should include:
      (1)   Proposed development and land uses; and
      (2)   Proposed public improvements.
