After receipt of a complete submission, the Borough Planning Commission shall approve, disapprove or conditionally approve the submission within 90 days of the first meeting after determination that the submission is complete, or within such time periods as permitted by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, (whichever is greater).
