§ 155.040 SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATOR.
   All plans, exhibits, applications and correspondence shall be directed to the Subdivision Administrator, who shall be selected by the borough. The Subdivision Administrator is also responsible for all communications to the developer, including notices of approval, disapproval and conditional approval.
