§ 155.005 EXCLUSIONS.
   The Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code permits the exclusion of certain developments from being enforced as a land development. Within the borough the addition of an accessory building on a lot or lots subordinate to an existing principal building is not considered a land development and is excluded from requirements of this chapter.
