§ 153.03 REMOVAL OF MOBILE HOME.

No mobile home shall be removed without first obtaining a permit from the Borough Tax Collector as required by 53 Pa.C.S. § 8821. Such permit shall be issued upon payment of a fee of $10 and payment of all municipal utilities and real estate taxes assessed against the home and unpaid at time the permit is requested.
