(A) Permits required. It shall be unlawful for any person to place, construct, alter or extend any mobile home within the limits of the borough unless he or she holds a valid permit from the Commonwealth and the borough in the name of such person for the specific construction, alteration or extension proposed, issued by this municipality hereunder.
(B) Building permit. No mobile home shall be erected on a single lot unless a building permit is first obtained in accordance with the borough Zoning and Building Ordinance.
