For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOBILE HOME. A transportable, single-family dwelling, which may be towed on its own running gear, and which may be temporarily or permanently affixed to real estate, by placement on blocks, foundation or similar construction, and used for nontransient residential purpose, and constructed with the same, or similar, electrical, plumbing and sanitary facilities as immobile housing.
MOBILE HOME LOT. A parcel of land constructed with the necessary utility connections, pad and other appurtenances necessary for the erection thereon of a single mobile home, and the exclusive use of its occupants.
