A demolition permit shall be issued by the borough's appointed designee upon approval of the application and upon proof of liability insurance. Demolition permits for commercial structures shall be issued by the borough's UCC construction code official or third party inspection agency only after evidence is submitted showing compliance with 35 P.S. § 4001, Air Pollution Control Act and any other statutory requirements.
