Upon approval of the application for a demolition permit, the applicant shall provide to the borough's appointed designee proof of public liability insurance in an amount equal to at least $1,000,000 for injury or death to any number of persons and for property damage. A certificate of insurance naming the borough as an additional insured shall be submitted to the borough's appointed designee.
