§ 134.03 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

(A) Any person engaged in skateboarding shall obey the instructions of the police officer or other appropriately attired person authorized to direct, control or regulate traffic.

(B) Any person engaged in skateboarding shall obey traffic and pedestrian control signals as provided under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S. §§ 101 et seq..
