(A) It is unlawful for any person to ride, propel or otherwise operate a skateboard upon the following streets and adjoining sidewalks within the borough:
(1) Broad Street between West Main Street on the south and Erie Street on the north;
(2) Pine Street between College Avenue on the west and Grace Street on the east; and
(3) College Avenue between South Center Street and South Broad Street.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to ride, propel or otherwise operate a skateboard upon the roadway, excluding the sidewalks, of the following streets:
(1) South Center Street;
(2) East Main Street;
(3) West Main Street;
(4) North Broad Street; and
(5) Liberty Street.
