§ 133.02 USE OF AIR RIFLES OR SIMILAR DEVICES RESTRICTED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any air rifle, air pistol, spring gun, spring pistol, BB gun, slingshot or similar device from or across any highway or public land or any public place, except on a properly constructed target range.
