§ 132.02 UNLAWFUL TO POSSESS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   No person shall carry, transport or have in his or her possession in any public place any open or resealed bottle, can, container or similar article containing an alcoholic beverage.
