(A) A garage sale, porch sale, yard sale, lawn sale and similar activity may be conducted for three consecutive days.
(B) Garage sale, porch sale, yard sale, lawn sale or similar activity shall be limited to two sales per calendar year per residence.
(C) All signs advertising a sale must be removed within 24 hours following the final day of the sale.
(D) Sales may be held between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
(E) Sales may not encroach on the public right-of-way (street or sidewalk).
