§ 113.05 DUTY TO ASCERTAIN AGE.
   It shall be the responsibility of the proprietor, owner and manager of a pool hall or amusement hall to make reasonable and diligent inquiry of all patrons entering the said pool hall or amusement hall to ascertain their proper age and to require anyone in violation of this chapter to leave if they are not of proper age. If the proprietor, owner and manager of a pool hall or amusement hall has reasonable grounds to believe that a patron violates the age requirements of this chapter, he or she shall require the said person to leave the pool hall or amusement hall and not allow said person to enter said pool hall or amusement hall unless the said person produces sufficient identification to cause the proprietor, owner or manager to reasonably believe that he or she is of sufficient age to be in the said halls under the terms and conditions of this chapter
