For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AMUSEMENT HALL. Any amusement or recreational establishment wherein mechanical amusement devices are provided for hire or for profit.
MECHANICAL AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any device other than a juke box, which, upon insertion of a coin or disk, may be operated for use as a game, entertainment or amusement, whether or not registering a score and whether or not a prize is offered.
PERSON. Any natural person, firm, association, partnership or corporation.
POOL HALL. Any recreational or amusement establishment wherein pool tables are provided for hire or profit, either by the insertion of a coin or token or payment of money to any person for profit or in any other manner.
