§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, corporation or association violating any provision of this chapter, or failing to carry out any provision or requirement of this chapter, or neglecting, failing or refusing to furnish correct and complete reports, or to pay the license fee specified by this chapter at the time required, or who knowingly makes any incomplete, false or fraudulent report or attempts to do anything whatever to avoid the payment of the whole, or any part, of the license fee, shall be liable upon conviction to pay a fine of not less than $100 or more than $300 for each and every offense, and to pay the costs of prosecution, and to have any and all licenses issued hereunder revoked and in default of payment of the fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
   (B)   Each day that any machine or device to which this chapter applies is operated and used in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense under this chapter and shall be subject to separate and distinct penalties.
