§ 112.07 INAPPLICABLE TO GAMBLING DEVICES.

Nothing in this chapter shall, in any way, be construed to authorize, license or permit any gambling device whatsoever as defined by the Pennsylvania Crimes Code, 18 Pa.C.S. §§ 101 et seq..
