§ 112.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEVICE. Any mechanical amusement device licensed under this chapter excluding, however, juke boxes.
   JUKE BOX. Any music vending machine or contrivance operated through the insertion of a coin or disk.
   MECHANICAL AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any device other than a juke box which, upon insertion of a coin or disk, may be operated for use as a game, entertainment or amusement, whether or not registering a score and whether or not a prize is offered.
   PERSON, FIRM, CORPORATION or ASSOCIATION. Includes the following: any person, firm, corporation or association in whose place of business any such machine is placed for use by the public; and the person, firm, corporation or association having control over such machine; provided, however, that the payment of such fee by any person, firm, corporation or association enumerated herein shall be deemed in compliance with this chapter.
