§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, for every such violation, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of nor more than $300 and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days; provided, each day’s violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation.

   (C)   Any transient retail business who violates the provisions of § 111.07 set forth shall be subject to a fine not less than $10 but not more than $300 per violation of § 111.07.
