(A) Every person desiring a license under this chapter shall first make application at the Office of Borough Secretary. If such persons shall also be required to obtain a license from any state or county officer, he or she shall, when making such application, exhibit a valid license from such state or county officer.
(B) The applicant shall give his or her name and address; his or her previous criminal record, if any; the name of the person by whom he or she is employed; the type of goods, wares and merchandise he or she wishes to deal with in such transient retail business; the length of time for which license is to be issued; and the type of vehicle to be used, if any. In the case of a nonprofit corporation or association shall give to the borough the names and addresses and other required information as stated above concerning all persons who will be working or soliciting or selling for the corporation or association. One license shall thereupon be issued to the corporation or association.
