§ 96.02 FAILURE TO REMOVE UNLAWFUL TREES AND SHRUBS AFTER NOTICE.
   Any failure to remove such tree or shrub planted in violation of this subchapter after ten days’ notice, shall constitute a violation of this subchapter and shall be punishable according to its provisions.
