§ 96.01 PLANTING OF TREES AND SHRUBS WITHIN STREET LINES RESTRICTED.

   The planting of trees or shrubs within the street line of any street in the borough is hereby prohibited except with the written permission of the Borough Manager and in accordance with the Borough Tree Planting Plan when established.
