§ 95.062 BOROUGH INITIATIVE; PARTIAL COST PAID BY BOROUGH.
   Where the borough initiates forced paving and/or curbing of streets, and/or sidewalks the above method of assessing property owners shall be used, except that the borough shall pay one-third of the total project costs where the borough performs the work by its own employees or by an independent contractor. Where the work is done by the property owner according to borough specifications the borough shall reimburse the property owner one-third of the costs to the property owner, not to exceed one-third of the established costs where the borough has performed a portion of the project work. Where the borough performs no work on the project, reasonable costs of the project shall be established by the Borough Manager.
