§ 95.005 TIME LIMIT FOR WORK.
   Sidewalks shall be built by property owners upon 30 days’ notice to the owner and shall be repaired upon 30 days’ notice. Council may upon 24-hour notice cause emergency repairs to be made where a proper officer of the borough deems it necessary.
