§ 95.003 PROPERTY OWNER MAY DO WORK ON OWN INITIATIVE.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed so as to prevent any owner or owners of property from personally laying or repairing curb and/or sidewalk in front of or alongside of their property, provided that they comply with the terms of this subchapter and all other ordinances of the borough, and provided that before any sidewalk is constructed or before any repair involving the replacement of five or more sidewalk slabs is commenced the property owner must notify the Borough Manager or a person designated by the Borough Manager and obtain from him or her a permit.
