§ 93.04 BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO PREPARE A BUDGET AND REPORTS; FREE LIBRARY SERVICE.

The Board of Directors shall prepare and present to the Borough Council by November 1 of each year a budget for the following year and such reports as are required by 24 Pa.C.S. §§ 9351 to 9353 and shall give free library service to the residents and taxpayers as provided in 24 Pa.C.S. §§ 9351 to 9353.
