All owners, occupants and/or operators, as applicable, must comply with provisions of this subchapter, must keep their property free from nuisances and, should a condition or activity constituting a nuisance occur on, in, or of a property, must abate such condition immediately. In addition to the owner, an occupant and/or operator shall have a duty to comply with this section. If a property is owned by more than one owner, each owner shall be severally subject to this subchapter.
