SCHEDULE VIII. SNOW AND ICE EMERGENCY; HIGHWAYS AFFECTED.

   The highways or portions thereof to which the provisions of Ch. 73 of this title shall be applicable during all periods of emergency declared as provided in § 73.01:

   (A)   Broad Street, from Poplar Street to the north borough line;

   (B)   Center Street, from Erie Street to the west borough line;

   (C)   Erie Street, from North Broad Street to North Center Street;

   (D)   Liberty Street, from East Main Street to the south borough line;

   (E)   Main Street, from the east borough line to the west borough line;

   (F)   North Street, from North Broad Street to the east borough line; and

   (G)   West Poplar Street, from South Center Street to South Broad Street.
