SCHEDULE VIII. VEHICLE WEIGHT LIMITS ESTABLISHED.

   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle or other vehicle, tractor, trailer or tractor-trailer combination, having a gross weight in excess of 18,000 pounds, on any highway in the borough, except:

Highway	Between
Breckenridge Street	W. Main Street and north borough line
Erie Street	N. Center Street and west borough line
Industrial Drive	W. Main Street and north borough line
Lincoln Avenue	N. Broad Street and Madison Street
Madison Street	E. Main Street and north borough line
Pine Street	S. Center Street and east borough line
Cranberry Road	North Broad Street and west to the borough line

 

   (B)   Such highways hereby being designated as “truck routes”.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this schedule shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of $50 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than ten days.
