§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this title, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 71.02 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $25 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than ten days.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 71.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $10 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than five days.
