Drainage, sewerage or plumbing work must not be covered or concealed in any manner until after it is inspected and approved by the Building and Housing Inspector. Notice must be given said Inspector upon blanks to be furnished by him or her, when the work is sufficiently advanced for such inspection, when it shall be the duty of the proper officers to inspect the same within three days after receipt of such notice.
