§ 53.004 BOROUGH NOT REQUIRED TO CONSTRUCT SEWER LINE FOLLOWING PETITION AND DEPOSIT.
   Nothing herein contained shall be construed to require the said borough to construct a sewer or water line merely because of a petitioner’s compliance with the provisions of this resolution.
