From and after the legal publication of this chapter, any and all persons owning property in Grove City, Pennsylvania, abutting on or adjoining any street or alley in which is a sewer shall be required after 45 days’ notice as aforesaid to make connection with such sewer in such a manner as the borough may order for the purpose of discharge of such drainage or waste matter as the borough may specify.

Section 3 of this Ord. 236 declared all sewers emptying into Wolf Creek and not a part of or connected with the sanitary sewer or its branches, known as Main Interceptor, to be nuisances, and required all parties to disconnect such sewers and connect with the main sewer system.
