§ 51.29 RESIDENTIAL ELECTRIC HEATING.
   (A)   Availability. Available to single-family residential dwelling units having electric heat as its exclusive source of heat. This rate is not available to commercial institutional or industrial customers.
   (B)   Rate.
      (1)   The net monthly charge per customer for the May billing cycle through and including the September billing cycle shall be:
         (a)   Customer charge: $10.00; and
         (b)   Energy charge:
            1.   First 150 KWH: 14.64 cents per KWH; and
            2.   Over 150 KWH: 13.88 cents per KWH.
      (2)   The net monthly charge per customer for the October billing cycle through and including the April billing cycle shall be:
         (a)   Customer charge: $10.00; and
         (b)   Energy charge:
            1.   First 150 KWH: 14.64 cents per KWH;
            2.   Over 150 KWH: 13.88 cents per KWH; and
            3.   Over 900 KWH: 8.92 cents per KWH.
   (C)   Minimum monthly charge. The minimum monthly charge shall be the customer charge.
