1331.05   INSPECTION; FEES; REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE WORK.
   (a)   Whenever work is ready for inspection or reinspection, at least twenty-four hours of notice shall be given to the Building Division, who shall cause an inspection to be made and make a record of such inspection. If the work is found defective, the plumbing contractor, sewer or drain layer in charge or owner shall be notified and the defects shall be corrected and the Inspector shall again be notified for reinspection.

   (b)   A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for residential and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for commercial shall be assessed and collected for the second and subsequent inspections and no further permits will be granted to the offender until the provisions of this regulation are complied with and paid directly to the Building Division.

   (c)   When the plumbing or plumbing fixtures in any building are found to be defective or unsanitary by the Inspector, all such defective plumbing shall be removed and in any replacing of plumbing or plumbing fixtures the same shall comply with all the provisions of this chapter. Defective and unsanitary plumbing and fixtures shall be removed or repaired in the period of time specified by the Inspector.

   (d)   All plumbing shall be installed at the site where the building is erected and shall not be covered until inspected.
