Pursuant to City Charter Section 2.13 and Ohio R. C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by reference, as fully as if set out at length herein, the Ohio Basic Building Code and the Ohio Basic Mechanical Code, current editions, as issued by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio, to represent minimum standards for all buildings and structures other than one, two and three-family dwellings constructed and erected in the City. Six copies of this Code shall be filed in the office of the Clerk of Council, from whom additional copies may be purchased at cost.
