(a) The Special Inspector shall be a qualified person approved by the Building Inspector.
(b) The Special Inspector shall furnish continuous inspection on the construction and work requiring his employment. He shall report to the Building Inspector in writing, noting all violations of the Building Code and other information as required.
(c) The Special Inspector shall perform the duties, if any, required by the Building Inspector or his superiors, or as Council may from time to time provide by ordinance.
